We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our Summer Internship Program 2026, organized in brilliant collaboration with PhiScape!
Commencing on June 16, 2026, this intensive program delivered lab-oriented, hands-on technical training designed to equip the next generation of engineers with real-world, industry-ready skills.
🌟 Program Highlights at a Glance
52 Passionate Innovators: We welcomed talented students across multiple engineering branches from prominent regional institutions, including MESITAM, TKM College of Engineering, College of Engineering Attingal, and Rajadhani College.
Specialized Technical Tracks: Learning was split into two high-demand domains:
Embedded Systems & Robotics (42 students)
Data Science (10 students)
Practical Learning: Through two intensive, structured daily sessions, students moved far beyond theory, focusing entirely on real-world project applications.

THINKLAB 2026 – Ideathon

April 2026, the EEE Association, in collaboration with the Institution’s Innovation
Council (IIC), successfully organized ThinkLab 2026 at the EEE Seminar Hall. This idea-pitching
competition served as a dynamic platform for students to transition from theoretical learning to
practical innovation. Each two-member team was challenged to present an original concept within
a strict 15-minute window, which included a 7–9 minute pitch followed by an interactive Q&A
session. This structure was designed to test the students’ technical clarity, creative thinking, and
ability to handle critical inquiries, all while staying true to the event’s guiding motto: Think,
Innovate, Present.
The evaluation was conducted by an esteemed judging panel consisting of Dr. Mohanan P. R,
Dr. Shanavas S, and Prof. Bushra B N. They meticulously assessed each proposal based on its
originality, technical feasibility, and potential for real-world impact. Their expert feedback
provided participants with invaluable insights into the scalability of their designs. The event
concluded with the distribution of a ₹1500 prize pool to the winners and E-certificates to all
participants. Under the coordination of Association Secretary Shahinsha, the program effectively
highlighted the entrepreneurial talent within the department and successfully encouraged a culture
of problem-solving and excellence.
