Dr. H. Haseena took her Bachelor of Technology Degree from T. K. M. College of Engineering, Kollam in the year 1994. She has M.Tech., Ph.D. Degrees from National Institute of Technology, Calicut and now she is pursuing M.B.A. She joined M.E.S. College of Engineering (MESCE), Kuttippuram in the year 1997 as lecturer. From September 2009 to December 2011, she served as Head of Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department. During this period, P.G. course in Instrumentation and Control Systems has been introduced in the University of Calicut as well as in MESCE, Kuttippuram. During her fourteen years of service in MESCE, she served as Secretary, Energy Conservation Society (ECS), Malappuram Chapter, Staff in charge of Energy and Environment Conservation Club (EECC), MESCE, Kuttippuram and received commendation award from ECS, Kerala during the year 2005. She has served as Student Branch Counselor, IEEE and formed Woman In Engineering (WIE) unit in MESCE during the year 2007.

For Ph.D, she worked in the field of soft computing applications in biomedical engineering and one of her papers in international journal regarding arrhythmia detection was highly commended. She has to her credit six international, six national publications and two text book chapters with American Scientific Publishers, U.S.A. She is a life member of ISTE, New Delhi and life member of ECS, Kerala. She chaired so many national/international conferences and is a reviewer of many international journals with publishers like Elsevier, Springer, Academia etc.
